Hyatt Place, Bukit Jalil KL opens its doors as the first pet-friendly city hotel in Bukit Jalil
Great news for pet owners! Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil has just rolled out a brand-new pet-friendly policy. This 250-room hotel is now inviting guests and their furry companions to enjoy a cozy staycation.
Mr. Bennett Peter, the General Manager of Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil, shares his enthusiasm for the hotel’s pet-friendly policy: "As an animal lover myself, I understand how important it is to find accommodations that welcome our pet family members. I personally have and continue to rescue street cats and dogs at our home, and I know firsthand the joy and comfort they bring. We are thrilled to offer this new service and hope our guests and their pets enjoy a memorable stay with us."
However, due to local regulations, dogs are excluded from the hotel's pet policy. Only pets below 9 kg, such as cats, rabbits, and perhaps even reptiles, are welcomed. A maximum of two pets per room is allowed.
